Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the brand consulting service package ("Service") provided by Mitchell & Berth Consulting ("Company"). By purchasing this Service, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. Scope of Service The Service includes four (4) strategic consulting sessions aimed at uncovering insights, refining brand identity, and crafting compelling narratives for the Client's brand. The Company reserves the right to adjust the content and structure of the Service as deemed necessary. 3. Payment Terms The Client agrees to pay the full amount for the Service as outlined in the payment agreement. Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of Service cancellation by the Company. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling The Client may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 25% cancellation fee. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions without penalty. 5. Confidentiality The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client during the course of the Service. The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information or methodologies shared by the Company. 6. Intellectual Property All materials and content provided during the Service remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for the purpose of enhancing their brand, but may not reproduce or distribute the materials without prior written consent from the Company. 7. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The total liability of the Company for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the Client. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Texas, U.S.A], without regard to its conflict of law principles. 9. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
